Start small. Build on what works.

Every engagement starts with something working, not a report. We build in your environment, test on live work and hand over the system with the record of how it was designed.

How we engage

Four ways to work with us.

Small businesses usually start with a fixed-fee diagnostic and one build sprint, with an advisor on call after.

COMMON START FOR YOUR SIZE2 weeks · fixed fee

Diagnostic

We walk your operation across all five layers and find where time and money leak.

A ranked list of moves, each with an owner, cost and payback.

COMMON NEXT STEP4–8 weeks

Build sprint

One move delivered end to end and tested on live work before anything is switched off.

A working system, its decision record and people trained to run it.

Quarterly

Transformation programme

A sequence of sprints under one roadmap, governance and benefits case.

Operating model, systems and adoption moving together.

OFTEN ADDEDOngoing

Embedded advisor

A senior Wyella lead at your table for technology and AI decisions.

Better calls on vendors, architecture and where to spend next.

How we work

What you can hold us to.

Every decision on record.

We log why each part was designed the way it was, and hand that record over with the system.

Tested on live work.

New systems are measured against real results before anything is retired.

Judgement stays with your people.

AI handles reading and drafting. Decisions stay with the people accountable for them.

Benefits stated up front.

We set out the expected benefit and how we'll measure it, then report against it.

Field notes

What the first month looks like.

Service business · 25 staff

The office retyped every job ticket.

Tickets came in as photos and PDFs. An automation now reads them, matches the purchase order and drafts the invoice for the accounts team to approve.

Week 3: tested against live tickets. Week 5: handed to accounts.

Regional operator · 300 staff, 6 sites

Six sites, six ways of planning work.

Each site scheduled from its own spreadsheet. We agreed one set of priority rules, cleaned the backlog and built a shared view in the system they already owned.

Week 4: one weekly plan leadership can read across sites.

Major project · owner and contractor

Operations arriving late to the project.

Commissioning data, vendor documents and support plans sat in separate contracts. We set readiness and data handover rules months before go-live.

Week 4: one readiness register both sides work from.

Illustrative scenarios.
